The cabin comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms—with queen beds—making it ideal for families or groups. The expansive great room features beautiful log accents, soaring ceilings, and a cozy gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. An oversized leather sectional provides ample seating for everyone, while the upstairs loft overlooks the main living space, offering an additional relaxing area.

The dining area seats six, and the country-style kitchen accommodates two guests, both rooms overlooking the rushing creek. Equipped with full-size appliances, the kitchen makes meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Step outside onto the 40-foot concrete patio, which overlooks a half-acre lawn and the creek—perfect for outdoor entertaining. The patio includes a wood-burning outdoor fireplace, a gas grill, and seating for six, ideal for meals or relaxing evenings under the stars.

Your stay includes fresh linens, dishes, cookware, and one tank of propane gas. Guests are responsible for providing bottled drinking water; the home is supplied with filtered well water.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Property: 1074 Stony Creek Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302.
This Rental Agreement (“the Agreement”) is established between the (“Homeowner”) and the Guest”). Both parties agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance: By accepting this agreement, all guests assume responsibility for any risks associated with renting this property. Non-compliance may lead to the termination of this agreement and vacancy of the property.
2. Access:
a) Arrival procedures will be shared prior to check-in.
b) The Guest must permit the Homeowner access to the property for necessary repairs and inspections, which will be conducted in a reasonable manner and only if necessary.
3. Cancellation: Please refer to the booking platform for the cancellation policy and terms.
4. Included:
1. Private access to the entire property, bed linens, personal paper products, and propane gas for the grill.
2. GUEST LIABILITY PROTECTION. We understand accidents happen. Your rate includes protection for minor mishaps. In the event of any damage or incidents occurring during your stay, please inform the manager without delay.
5. Natural disasters/storms/occurrences: Should a storm affect the area or home or any components to operate the home such as electricity, the manager will make every effort to notify you with as much notice as possible with available options. Consider obtaining insurance for your stay to safeguard your trip against any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Parking: Parking is permitted in the front driveway only; street parking is not allowed.
7. Payment: Full payment is required by the date provided.
8. Pets:
a) A flat fee of $60.00 applies per pet.
b) Pets must be clean and, on a tick/flea prevention regimen.
c) Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all pet waste must be disposed of properly.
d) The “Guest” assumes all risks related to their pet.
9. Rental House Rules:
a) Check-in is at 3 p.m.
b) Check-out is at 11 a.m. Unless arranged otherwise with management.
c) No smoking is allowed inside the home. Please dispose of extinguished cigarette butts in the trash, not in the woods, lawn, or creek.
d) No additional guests beyond those agreed upon may stay overnight. The “Guest” is solely responsible for anyone else on the property.
e) The “Homeowner” is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises.
f) The “Homeowner” will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to guests.
g) Please consult the home binder upon arrival for further information about the home and local area.
h) Leave used beds unmade.
i) Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans.
j) Appliances should be used only for their intended purposes.
k) All trash must be removed from the home at check-out and placed in the designated bins at the end of the driveway. Ensure the latches on the bins are secured.
l) NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED.
m) Fishing: Guests must obtain a PA fishing license. http://fishandboat.com/license.htm (Monroe County).
n) Large events are not allowed.
o) Bath towels are not included.
p) The home is located on a private, bumpy dirt road; please drive slowly.
q) The rental party is limited to a maximum of eight guests, and the names of house guests must be provided before arrival.
r) Enjoy the home! Please treat it with the same care you would your own property.
10. Security: There is no security on the premises.
11. Video Monitoring: Exterior monitoring of the home. Guests are not recorded in any manner.
